Engineering & Customization
Can OPPGATE manufacture from project drawings and CAD schedules?
Yes. OPPGATE supports drawing-based, sample-based and bespoke project manufacturing. Share your opening schedule, CAD DWG files, structural elevations and glass build-ups for an engineered quotation.
What custom options are available for profile colors and finishes?
We support AkzoNobel architectural powder coating (any RAL color code), marine-grade PVDF fluorocarbon coatings for coastal salinity, architectural anodizing (15μm to 25μm), and Italian vacuum heat-transfer woodgrain textures.
How do you calculate thermal insulation (U-value) for our climate?
Our engineering team models overall window thermal transmittance (Uw) combining center-of-glass (Ug) and frame (Uf) values using certified Technoform / PA66 GF25 thermal breaks and argon-filled Low-E glass build-ups to meet your regional energy codes.
Can you provide certified hurricane impact glass for Florida / Caribbean zones?
Yes. We manufacture hurricane-rated fenestration tested in accordance with ASTM E1886 / E1996 and Miami-Dade NOA protocols using SGP structural interlayers and thickened 6063-T5 aluminum framing.
